Easter is upon us – a time to reflect and to rejoice in the important things in life such as family and faith. Damascus Road International Church is taking the opportunity to invite the city to share in the celebration with us.

The laughter of children and squeals of glee will resound in the Stadspark on Saturday, April 23, during the Easter Egg Hunt starting at 13:00. Not only will there be an abundance of eggs – plastic eggs, chocolate eggs, and multi-colored boiled eggs – but also an abundance of fun lasting until 15:30 with face-painting, balloon animals, cotton candy, a bouncy castle, and an inflatable obstacle course!

The following day there will be even more for the community during our English-spoken Easter Sunday meeting at 11:00 in the StayOkay hostel. Uplifting, modern music and special bilingual activities for children will lend to the festive mood as we focus again on Easter’s triumphant message of hope and new life.
