What can you expect at a Damascus Road gathering?

Our Sunday meetings start at 11:00 at the MEcCafé in the MECC in Maastricht, Forum 100. Our time together is casual and comfortable–wear jeans if you like. (We do!) We like to spend a significant amount of time worshipping God through music. Our band typically includes acoustic guitar, electric guitar, drums, and keyboard, and we would love for you to sing along. The sermons are short and to-the-point, convicting and encouraging. We end around 13:00.

You can read a description of a DRIC service in this article about the church from a local newspaper.

We have childcare available in the room next door for children ages 3-10. Children can be taken to their activity time after the music portion of the service.

After the service, we share coffee and cookies and spend time building and deepening relationships.

Our frequent social gatherings focus on fellowship. “Breaking bread” or sharing a meal together was important to the early church, so it was something they did often. We’re building our community around good food, conversation, and fun events around Maastricht. Check out our Events page to see what’s going on!

“United in purpose, they went to the temple every day, ate at each other’s homes, and shared their food with glad and humble hearts.” (Acts 2:46)
