June 20 is a big day for Damascus Road International Church. We are going public with an Open House event starting at 11:00 at the StayOkay hostel, which is along the Maas River next to the city park.
We will have a meeting with live music, a message from our pastor Kent Linneweh, and dance/drama by a group of young men and women visiting from the United States. Children’s activities will be available in a separate room next to the Open House meeting room, so feel free to bring the whole family.
There is free parking on Sundays in the adjacent city parking lots at the off-ramps of the Kennedybrug, making it easy for motorists to arrive without the hassle of paying extra money. The hostel also is easily accessible by foot and by bike since it is in the city center area.
Coffee, tea and cookies will be provided after the meeting, and everything is free. Clean, modern (and free) WCs are located close to the meeting room.
We look forward to greeting you at the Open House!
{ Also, be looking for our team on the streets from June 15-22 doing children’s events at some of Maastricht’s basisschools – Basisschool Amby on Thusday (17 June), Suringar School on Friday (18 June) and the University World College on Saturday (19 June). }
